‘24-hours in a Fuel Tank’, is one of the #SyrianJourney features in BBC Arabic’s hugely successful digital project depicting the desperate stories of the Syrian refugee crisis, with over 3million hits across the project. “24 hours” got over 840,000 views – and is testimony to the quality of the stories and the imagination of the presentation. Animated in Oman and produced in both English and Arabic in the UK this feature was a hugely effective attempt to engage the audience.
